What are AI credits?
Gold includes 5,000 AI credits every month for AI voice reporting and other AI features. One minute of voice reporting uses 10 credits, so the allowance covers about 500 minutes a month. The allowance resets each billing period.
Can I complete inspections offline?
Offline inspections are included with Silver, Gold and Enterprise. This helps teams work on sites with limited connectivity. You need an internet connection to access the browser-based dashboard and share information online.
What support is included in each plan?
