Safe to send to a customer

Secure link and 6-digit codeThe customer opens a private link and enters a code sent by email or SMS. Send the link by email and the code by SMS, so a forwarded email alone cannot open it.
Auto-lockThree wrong codes lock the link for 24 hours, so a guessed or leaked link cannot be used.
Links that expireChoose how long the link stays valid. Once signed, it shows only the signed report and then stops working.
Tamper-proof audit trailEvery step is time-stamped: link sent, opened, code accepted, signed. The report carries a fingerprint, and the card says if the inspection is changed after signing.
Disagree with a comment and photosThe customer can object to a finding instead of signing, add a comment and photos, and staff reply and resend. The deposit pack waits until the dispute is closed.
Signed PDF to both sidesThe signed report goes by email to the customer and to your account, with the comparison and the audit trail on the last page.
