How does the free trial work?
Sign up and get instant access to your account after verifying your email address. Enjoy full use of the software for 30 days, completely free. If you cancel within this trial period or don’t provide payment details by the end of the 14 days, your account will be closed automatically, and you won’t be charged. Should you choose to continue by subscribing, you’ll have the flexibility to cancel anytime, but charges already incurred up to your account’s expiration date will remain your responsibility. Please note, payments made after the trial period are non-refundable.
Can I upgrade or downgrade during my trial?
Start your free trial with any package of your choice, and enjoy the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade at any time through the Manage Billing page. Downgrades will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. This means you can explore any plan and experience the full software for 14 days at no cost before deciding which package suits you best. After your subscription begins, you can still upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you like.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Property Inspect is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no contracts or commitments necessary. You simply maintain your monthly subscription, or, if you cancel, you won’t be billed again. If you’re subscribing to a White Label package, we require a 90 day cancellation notice period.
Can I cancel at any time?
Canceling your Inspect IT account is quick and easy, requiring just three steps: go to the Billing page, click “Cancel My Account,” and confirm. You can close your account at any time, and you’ll never be billed again. Rest assured, your information will remain secure and will not be shared with any third party.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept payments exclusively online via debit or credit card. This sets up a monthly billing agreement that begins 30 days after you sign up and can be canceled at any time. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process payments over the phone, by check, or via direct debit, as PropteOne operates with a fully automated credit and debit card billing system.
What hardware do I need?
The Inspect IT dashboard is fully browser based, so you only need a device with internet access to get started. It works seamlessly on iOS and Android, as well as on PC and Mac, desktops and laptops. You can manage your team, schedule inspections, review findings, and generate reports from anywhere through one secure central back office.
What web browsers are supported?
Inspect IT is optimised for modern web browsers. For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari. On mobile devices, use the built-in browser or download our Mobile App to complete tasks efficiently, even offline.
Can I setup other admins?
As long as your plan allows, you can setup other admins to be able to create and delegate inspections and users. We call them Managers, and though you’re limited to a set number of users per plan, you can pay for more if needed.
Do I need an Internet connection?
Inspect IT allows you to work efficiently in the field without needing to produce reports immediately. Inspect IT has an app available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, enabling you to download your list of appointments and complete the report offline. You can add items, descriptions, conditions, take embedded photos, or record audio and video. Once you’re back online, simply sync your report to PropteOne for automatic delivery or further editing online. An Internet connection is required to access the online dashboard.
